About Stephen Fromme

Stephen Fromme is a nationally credentialed senior-care advocate, insurance professional, and educator dedicated to helping individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about Medicare, health coverage, life insurance, and Social Security retirement planning.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Albright College and began his professional career in employee benefits, working with Actuarial Sciences, a subsidiary of AT&T. There, Stephen specialized in employee benefit plans and earned the prestigious Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of Business-building a strong foundation in complex benefits analysis and long-term planning.

Stephen's career took a defining turn after personally caring for his grandmother following an Alzheimer's diagnosis. This experience ignited a lifelong commitment to senior advocacy and elder care. He went on to work in home health care and senior placement, guiding families through emotionally complex care decisions with compassion, clarity, and integrity.

In 2018, Stephen founded Golden Living Guidance, Inc., providing free senior placement and care-navigation services to families seeking safe and appropriate living arrangements for loved ones. That same year, he served as Committee Chairperson and Master of Ceremonies for the Alzheimer's New Jersey Skylands Regional Walk, helping raise over $100,000 to support Alzheimer's education, care, and research.

Recognizing how confusing Medicare and retirement decisions can be, Stephen founded Fromme Insurance Services, LLC, an independent agency specializing in Medicare planning, health insurance, life insurance, and Social Security strategies. His firm is built on education-first guidance, transparency, and personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Stephen is also the host of the syndicated podcast Ask the Medicare Expert, airing across 11 states, where he breaks down Medicare, Social Security, and retirement topics in clear, practical terms-helping listeners avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions with confidence.

He holds advanced professional designations including Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA)Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®), and Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®), reflecting both technical expertise and deep commitment to serving the senior community.

Through education, advocacy, and trusted guidance, Stephen continues to empower families and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
